Annai Khadeeja Arts & Science College for Women is approved by the Tamil Nadu Government and the college is affiliated to Bharathidhasan University. The College is managed by the Tamil Nadu Muslim Educational Trust. It is functioning successfully with the enrollment of 400 students that include both hostellers and day scholars and among whom 280 students are hostellers as of now. This growth and development is within a short period of 3 years (2014-2017). It offers 7 undergraduate programmes and 4 post graduate programmes. The college offers a diploma course along with each and every undergraduate course

தமிழக முஸ்லிம்களின் கல்வி முறை இஸ்லாமிய மார்க்கப் பாடங்கள் இணைக்கப்பட்டதாக மாற்றி அமைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.அதற்கு மார்க்கக் கல்வியோடு உலகியல் பாடத்திலும் பட்டம் பெற்ற ஆயிரக்கணக்கான பெண் கல்வியாளர்களை உருவாக்க வேண்டும் என்ற ஒற்றை இலக்கிற்காக அன்னை கதீஜா கலை அறிவியல் மகளிர் கல்லூரி கடந்த 2014 கல்வியாண்டு முதல் அரசு அனுமதி பெற்று திருச்சி பாரதிதாசன் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் இணைவு பெற்று நடைபெற்று வருகிறது.

முஸ்லிம் மாணவிகளுக்கு பட்டப்படிப்போடு அரபு மொழிப்பாடமும் மூன்றாண்டுகள் ஆலிமா படிப்பும் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதுவரை வெளிவந்துள்ள மாணவிகள் பலர் தமிழகம் முழுவதும் உள்ள பெண்கள் மதரஸாக்கள் மற்றும் இஸ்லாமியப் பள்ளிக்கூடங்களில் ஆசிரியைகளாக பணியாற்றி வருகின்றனர்.
